Shipping policy
We ship previous week’s orders from Monday or Tuesday of each week.
All orders are shipped UPS or USPS priority shipping which includes $50 insurance with USPS.
From November to March, we include heat packs for free in all boxes.
Unpacking and Care Instructions
1. Unpack your box by gently removing taped plants from the box.
2. Remove wrapping paper, plastic bag, and shredded paper.
3. Hydrate your new plants, if needed.
4. Allow up to 2 weeks for plants to acclimate and recover from shipping before repotting. During winter months, we recommend waiting until spring to repot.
